The Ageless Grace program, 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease, focuses on the healthy longevity of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. In this workshop we will learn seven tools to promote joint mobility, spinal flexibility, cognitive function and brain games. All movements are done in a chair with great music and are guaranteed to activate the funny bone.
